(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR No.0103 dated 20.08.2016 under Section 420 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 14.07.2017 (Annexure P-2) and all subsequent proceedings qua the present petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with a liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
