For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main petition is preponed from 30.01.2024 to today and with the consent of parties taken on Board today itself. CWP-20641-2023 2.

The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India are seeking directions to the respondents to decide demand notice dated 10.03.2023 (Annexure P-10). 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that the petitioners have filed demand notice dated 10.03.2023 (Annexure P-10) seeking seniority, full salary, pay fixation, increments, arrears of pay and consequential benefits on notional basis. This Court vide order dated 04.04.2022 passed in CWP No.6995 of 2022 directed the respondents to ANJU GOEL 2023.12.01 11:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel asserts that representation of the petitioner shall be decided within two months from today. He further assures the Court that the competent authority while disposing representation would consider order dated 05.12.2022 passed by Additional Director General Police (Annexure P-9).
