Representation on behalf of the appellant was made for the last time on 21.07.2017. On 27.02.2019, nobody had appeared for the appellant and the matter was adjourned to 09.04.2019 with the direction to notify the date to the counsel for the appellant. However, on the adjourned dated i.e. 09.04.2019, despite intimation to counsel for the appellant, nobody had appeared. Today again, nobody is appearing for the appellant. Above circumstances indicate that appellant is no longer interested to pursue this appeal.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
