**** AMIT RAWAL , J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the inaction of the respondents in not regularizing the services of petitioner as per instructions dated 22.06.1998 (Annexure P-4) and not giving the benefit of continuity of service with all consequential benefits. In this regard, had submitted notice dated 26.11.2018 (Annexure P-6), but there is no adherence thereto. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3-Director General, State Transport Department, Haryana, to consider the notice dated 26.11.2018 (Annexure P-6), within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3, to consider the notice dated 26.11.2018 (Annexure P-6), within a period of one month from

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
