ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Counsel for the appellant, at the outset, prays for permission to withdraw the present regular second appeal on the ground that the appellant has already prosecuting his right to purchase the property before the Assistant Collector.

In view of the prayer made by counsel for the appellant, the present regular second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The appellant shall be at liberty to prosecute his remedy before the Assistant Collector and other remedies.
