amount of Rs.3 lacs by way of demand draft No. 707412 dated 16.10.2019 has been remitted to the appellant-wife, who is present in court, today itself. As the settlement dated 12.10.2018 is on record and parties undertake to adhere to the same, learned counsel submit that in case appellant-wife withdraws the appeal, the need of treating the present petition as one under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, is obviated. This court finds the aforesaid contention reasonable. Learned counsel for the appellant-wife submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
