Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing of order dated 19.09.2019 passed by respondent No.4 under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent-Bank submits that this petition is rendered infructuous as account of petitioner has been settled and closed. 3.

There is no representation on behalf of petitioner, however, keeping in view categoric statement of learned counsel for respondent-Bank, we find no justification for continuance of present proceedings. 4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is afforded to petitioner to file appropriate application within a period of four weeks in case any incorrect fact is placed before us.
