(ORAL) This appeal has arisen from the judgment and decree dated 07.11.2017 by which petition filed by the appellant-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking dissolution of his marriage with respondent-wife by way of a decree of divorce was dismissed. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the respondent was proceeded against ex parte and the trial Court and her petition for seeking divorce bearing HMA No.65 of 2012 was allowed on 01.11.2012 by the learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar. It is further submitted that the respondent-wife is presently lives in Italy after her marriage.
