CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present writ petition is for quashing of impugned transfer order dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-2) as well as relieving report (Annexure P-3) of even date.

Petitioner has been transferred from Government Senior Secondary School, Silapur, Block Ateli, District Mahendergarh to Government Girls High School, Kheri, Block Ateli, District Mahendergarh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the earlier post from which petitioner has been relieved is still vacant and transfer of petitioner has been made against the transfer policy. The impugned order is dated 22.08.2019, thus, it would not be appropriate for this Court to break cycle of transfers. In case, petitioners are aggrieved, shall be at liberty to make representation or upload objections, if any, on MIS portal. In case such objections are taken or already submitted, respondents are directed to dispose of the same after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Court by passing a reasonable speaking order.
