This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 21.02.2025 passed in CWP-30839-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that order dated 21.02.2025 passed in CWP-30839-2024 has since been complied with. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present contempt petition, at this stage. He, however, seeks liberty to get the present petition revived in case anything survives as also to avail the remedies as available in law qua the interest. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid. Rule stands discharged.
