Prayer has been made by the petitioner for issuance of directions to the official respondents No. 1 and 2 for taking appropriate action against respondents No.4 to 9 by submitting that previously some compromise had taken place between the parties due to which the proceedings of investigation were stopped. However, the said compromise could not work out but still investigation has not been carried on further by the investigating agency. Learned counsel representing respondents No.1 to 3 has submitted that the investigation may be re-started on moving appropriate application by the petitioner before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh.
