Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 08.07.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Amritsar (Annexure P6), whereby petitioners have been declared as Proclaimed Persons in complaint bearing No.COMI-9442018 titled as "Tejinder Kaur Vs. Rishi Kapoor & Others" instituted on 15.11.2018, pending adjudication before learned JMIC, Amritsar, under Sections 406, 498-A, 420, 494 and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Islamabad, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 18.01.2023, operation of impugned order was ordered to be stayed. Learned counsel for the petitioners relies upon judgment of this Court in "Smt. Deeksha Puri Vs. State of Haryana" Law Finder Doc ID # 402166, to submit that in view of the fact that the petitioners have surrendered before the learned trial Court, impugned order dated SUNENA 2023.10.16 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Satwant Singh admits that the petitioners have surrendered before the learned trial Court on 07.02.2023.

In view of abovesaid admitted facts, present petition is disposed of as order dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure P6) declaring the petitioners as proclaimed persons, has become inoperative. 5.
