**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.18 dated 02.03.2022 under Sections 452, 323, 324, 326, 148, 149 of IPC registered at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, District Batala. In the light of the fact that petitioner No.2 is not agreeing with the terms of compromise and has failed to record the statement, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the instant petition and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to avail alternate remedies in accordance with law.

Prayer is accepted.
