instructions from Mr. Prateek Khatri, Authorized Officer submits that although outstanding amount as on date is Rs.41 lakhs, but the respondents have agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs.23 lakhs provided that the petitioners pay the entire amount by 31.03.2025 then the respondent-Bank would handover the possession of the premises to the petitioners and would settle the loan account. Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions from petitioner No.2, who is present in the Court, submits that petitioner No.2 would make payment of Rs.23 lakhs on or before 31.03.2025. 4.
In view of the afore-noted circumstances, the petition is disposed of with the direction that in the event of the petitioner No.2 making payment of Rs.23 lakh on or before 31.03.2025, the respondent-Bank would settle the loan account and possession of the premises would be handed over back to the petitioners. However, in the event of any default on the part of the petitioner No.2, in making payment on or before 31.03.2025 the respondent-Bank would continue to retain the possession of the secured asset and would be at liberty to proceed in accordance with the Securitization Act.
