The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.438 dated 08.07.2019 registered under Sections 323, 406 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak, District Rohtak, on merits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the above FIR already stands quashed vide order dated 10.03.2022 passed in CRM-M-39067-2021 on the basis of compromise and respondent No.2 and her husband, namely, Arpit Garg have since obtained divorce by way of mutual consent. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
