Mr. Neeraj Madan, Advocate for the respondent. *** On the last date of hearing, counsel for the respondent has stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Learned counsel for the appellant had sought some time to get necessary instructions from his client, as such the case was adjourned for today but counsel for the appellant has not put in appearance. Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record copy of order dated 1.4.2023 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jalalabad (West) vide which execution petition titled 'Mann Singh versus Manjinder Kaur etc.' was dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied as well as copy of order dated 23.3.2023 and other supporting documents. It being so, this Regular Second Appeal has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
