The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the order dated 24.07.2019 passed by the District Judge, Jhajjar whereby an application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC filed by the respondent was allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main divorce petition stands partly allowed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhajjar.
