Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of FIR No.56 dated 14.08.2021 registered for commission of offences under Sections 406, 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Women, District Patiala (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
