Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in a case FIR No.86 dated 05.07.2025, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Dehlon, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 10.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to order dated 10.09.2025, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for further investigation.

Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 6.
