Learned counsel for the parties are present and have fairly submitted that there is no threat perception, however, this matter was kept pending only to explore the possibility of an amicable solution. 2.

However, in light of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case and making it clear that filing of this case or any documents therein shall not be construed as any legal right accrued or any sanctity to the documents filed with the petition, for the reason that both the parties are holding the documents issued by the same department but with a different date of birth and therefore, in case, at any stage the issue arises qua the date of birth of the petitioners, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law without giving any reference to the present petition and the orders passed herein.
