This is a civil writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 23.08.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter was referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court on 20.09.2023 and as per report of the Mediator, the matter has been settled and agreement/compromise dated 05.10.2023 has been entered into between the parties in the said Mediation Centre of this Court. Hence, he prayed that the present petition be disposed of in terms of the said agreement/compromise and the parties be bound by the terms of the said compromise. 3.

A perusal of the record would show that a detailed compromise has been entered into by the parties in the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court and the said agreement/compromise has been duly signed by all DINESH BANSAL 2023.12.11 17:29 I attest to the accuracy of this order Chandigarh

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the said compromise and the parties would be bound by the terms of the said compromise. The said agreement/compromise would be read as part of the present order.
