Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 refers to the affidavit dated 28.10.2024 filed by the Executive Engineer, UHBVNL, in paragraph No.4 and 5 whereof, it has been stated that the petitioner has been released the medical reimbursement to the tune of Rs.1,99,764/- besides an amount of Rs.25,350/- and he is not entitled to the balance amount claimed by him on account of the fact that some amounts are not reimbursable and others have been repeated.
