******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has since been compromised and the written compromise has already been produced in petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. bearing CRM-M-361672014 filed by the appellant seeking quashing of the FIR registered in the matter. He seeks permission to withdraw the regular second appeal. He further submits that in the event of any hitch in the compromise taking final shape, he will move application for revival of the appeal. Dismissed as withdrawn.
