**** , J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner when confronted with the fact that the representation which has been submitted by the petitioner is not detailed one and comprehensive, as has been asserted in the writ petition, he prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to file again a detailed representation highlighting the aspects as have been mentioned in the writ petition. He states that the said representation to the relevant departments and the officials would be submitted by the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The competent authority on such representation having been submitted shall proceed to take a decision thereon within a period of eight weeks of submission of such representation.
