**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue joining letter for the post of ANM on contract basis under District Health and Family Welfare Society to work in opioid substitution treatment centre under AIDS control and prevention program and Haryana State Blindness Control Society especially keeping in view that the name of the petitioner was shown in the final list (Annexure P-3) of the successful candidate declared by the respondents as on February, 2019. In this regard, had submitted representation dated 14.09.2019 (Annexure P-4), but there is no adherence thereto.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Haryana State AIDS Control Society through Project Director, to consider the representation

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2, to consider the representation dated 14.09.2019 (Annexure P-4), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner, failing which, respondent No.2, shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to petitioner.
This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
