The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0162 dated 11.04.2024 under Section 365 of Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Ram Nagar, District Karnal, Haryana.

Custody certificate dated 04.08.2025 has been filed by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
