Learned counsel for the respondent has stated that the parties have since compromised the matter and they have also obtained a decree of divorce by way of mutual consent in a petition filed by them under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states he has no instructions qua the compromise.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to get the same revived in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
