Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAESI Act'), which was filed on 17.01.2025 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana but still remains pending for consideration.

This Court on the last occasion had sought a report from the District & Sessions Judge, Ludhiana about the status of the said application dated 17.01.2025. The report of the District & Sessions Judge, Ludhiana reveals that the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act has been decided on 01.08.2025 in favour of the petitioner-financial institution.
