(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 0083 dated 1.7.2019 under Sections 22, 25, 60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the FSL report has been received nor challan has been presented. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Deep Singh, submits that FSL report was received and challan has been presented. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition.

Dismissed as not being pressed.
