Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents and not to interfere in the life of the petitioner at the behest of the private respondents and other relatives and friends.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is facing threat of his life and liberty by the action of the respondents for which he has already given representation to respondent No.2 on 02.09.2024, but no action has been taken on the same till date. 3.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3-State only. 4.

On asking of the Court, Mr.Tarun Aggarwal, Sr.DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. 5.
