He has placed on record copy of the order dated 19.01.2019 passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Rajpura in that regard. It seems that the appellant is not interested in further prosecution of the appeal. Under the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
