This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to the official respondents to get conduct fair and impartial investigation in the representation/application dated 24.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) which was sent by the petitioner against the respondents No. 6 to 8 as petitioner belongs to scheduled caste and his wife suffered grievous harm due to negligent words and actions of private respondents with a further prayer to direct respondent No.3 to ensure the protection of life and liberty of the petitioner at the behest of respondents No. 6 to 8. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 24.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent Renu Rawat 2025.08.05 09.22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Palwal, Haryana to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 24.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
