Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had been working as Computer Operator on contractual basis for more than 14 years and with regard to extension in service, it had been kept on hold as is apparent from letter dated 28.03.2023, Annexure P-14, that the same shall be decided after the completion of inquiry, however a fresh inquiry has also been concluded on 10.06.2024, Annexure P-15, however no decision has been taken to extend her service. In this regard, a representation dated 19.07.2024, Annexure P-16, has been submitted however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction is given to respondent No.4 to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide the representation dated 19.07.2024, Annexure P-16 expeditiously, in accordance with law.
