The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.856 dated 21.12.2021, registered under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Sector-8, Faridabad, District Faridabad. 2.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Pritam Singh, has pointed out that the petitioners, except petitioner No.3, have not joined the investigation, despite the order dated 01.06.2023 passed by this Court. Even, petitioner No.3, who joined the investigation, has not cooperated with the police because he has not provided even the necessary documents required from him. Therefore, the police require custodial interrogation of the petitioners.

In view of the above, this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere in the matter, so as to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners or to continue with the protection already granted to them by this Court. 5.
