RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct the fair and impartial investigation into the matter as there is no progress in the matter since the day of case FIR No.97, dated 05.06.2024, under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka. It is further prayed to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to enhance relevant sections under the law in view of the medical report and photographs. It is further prayed to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action against respondents No.4 to 17, who is roaming scot free and openly threatening the petitioner and his family members. It is further prayed to issue directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the complaint/representations dated 12.06.2024, 21.06.2024, Annexures P-6 to P-8, respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the MEENU 2024.09.11 13:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document allegations made by the complainant, the FIR should have been registered

CRM-M-44850-2024 -2for offence under Section 305 IPC but the same has been registered for the offence under Section 306 IPC.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3-State only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Tarun Aggarwal, Sr.DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and at the outset submits, on instructions from ASI Rajwinder Singh, that investigation in this case is already complete and challan against one of the accused under Section 306 IPC has already been filed before the trial Court. In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all her pleas before the trial Court in accordance with law.
