**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 199 dated 16.11.2018, registered under Sections 392, 394, 395 IPC, Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 21.4 (1) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act, 1957, Police Station Khizrabad/Pratap Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. Vide order dated 21.11.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 21.11.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Om Parkash, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.
