LPA-2191-2017 -2by learned counsel for HPSC today during the course of hearing in a sealed cover.
Same has been opened and perused.
Before the learned Single Judge the dispute was raised about one question, which had also been considered by the Committee. Learned Single Judge concluded that in view of the report of Experts Committee, this Court would have no further role to play and declined interference. We would do like wise considering that the Committee of Experts drawn from various parts of the Country were assigned the task of looking into the questions and having done so, we would not substitute our opinion particularly when we do not find anything wrong in the questions pointed out by the petitioner as being in error. It has also been brought to our notice that pursuant to the selection process, the selected candidates have joined.
We are thus of the opinion that the issue deserves a quietus without any intervention in the impugned order. Consequently, the present appeal is dismissed.
Report of the Experts Committee produced in sealed cover has been returned back to the Learned counsel for HPSC. ( MAHESH GROVER) JUDGE ( MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU) August 28, 2018 JUDGE naresh.k Whether reportable?
