RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 and 3 to conduct the investigations expeditiously, fairly and properly and to take legal action against respondents no.4 to 9. It is further prayed to direct respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 14.11.2018, Annexure P-2, moved by the petitioner.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that representation dated 14.11.2018, Annexure P-2 has already been filed by the petitioner and the same has not been decided. Notice of motion in this case was issued vide order dated 03.10.2019 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. MEENU 2023.04.11 14:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-42356-2019 -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Darshan Singh, has apprised the Court that the case is pending investigation and out of three accused one is arrested whereas two are yet to be arrested. He has submitted that representation is also pending consideration. After hearing counsel for the parties, it is apparent that petitioner has already filed a representation, dated 14.11.2018, Annexure P2. Hence, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, District Bathinda, to look into the representation, dated 14.11.2018, Annexure P-2, and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within 15 days from today.
