(Oral) After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application under the correct provision of law before the Court below itself which passed the order for issuance of Non-Bailable Warrants (NBWs) by cancelling the bail.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed hereinabove. However, it is made clear that if any such application is filed, same be decided expeditiously, preferably, within a period of one week from its filing.
