The present revision petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 31.10.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram whereby the appeal filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 20.08.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram on an application under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, has been dismissed.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
