RITU BAHRI J. (Oral) Challenge in this petition is to order dated 02.08.2019 (P-3) vide which an application (P-2) filed by the petitioner/plaintiff for correction of the judgment and decree dated 07.02.2019 (P-1) has been declined.

A bare perusal of decree dated 07.02.2019 that the word costs was not mentioned. However, petitioner moved an application for correction in the judgment and decree dated 07.02.2019 on the ground that the word court had been pronounced but inadvertently, the word 'with costs' was not mentioned in the order.

A bare perusal of impugned order shows that the Court below after perusing the original records had observed that there is only mention of the word 'decreed' and no such word 'with cost have been mentioned. In view of the above, order dated 02.08.2019 (P-3) does not suffer from any illegality or infirmity.

Dismissed.
