Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 neither to harass the petitioner nor to interfere in her life at the instance of respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of her grievance, petitioner made a representation dated 25.09.2019 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, District Bhiwani, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ashish Sanghi, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
