Learned counsel restricts his prayer to only direction to respondents to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 27.08.2024, Annexure P-14, endorsed on 30.08.2024 in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has merely filed an application and not appeal in the proforma provided, in wake of which, his learned counsel submits that the same shall be done within a period of 2 weeks. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Naveen Kumar Bali, DFSO, Barnala states that the appeal shall be decided within a period of 3 months from the date of its receipt in proper proforma, in accordance with law. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
