**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint No.5665 dated 13.08.2020 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument, 1881, registered at Chandigarh (Annexure P-5), summoning order dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure P-6) and all subsequent proceedings pertaining to the above mentioned complaint qua the petitioner. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars.

Allowed as prayed for.
