******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 75 dated 12.04.2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur.

Heard.

As per case of prosecution, the petitioner was apprehended on the basis of secret information by police party headed by ASI Malkit Singh of Police Station City Dhuri and recovery of 12 bottles of Wincerex 100 ml. (Codeine Phosphate) each, total measuring 1200 ml., was effected from her possession, which falls in commercial quantity of contraband. Keeping in view the fact that recovery of contraband from petitioner is of commercial quantity of contraband, I find no reason to extend the benefit of regular bail to petitioner, at this stage. Dismissed.
