The suit was filed by the plaintiff seeking for declaration of result for the examination which he took in the year 1976. The suit was filed in the year 2008. The Courts below found that the suit is barred by limitation. The suit is not only barred by limitation it is hopelessly so. 2.

The second appeal is dismissed requiring no further adjudication.
