***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of Mehroon Parveen (detenu) from illegal custody of private respondents.

The learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 3-State, on instructions from ASI Gurmukh Singh, has brought to the notice of the Court that the alleged detenu-Mehroon Parveen has since got married to respondent No.4-Abdi son of late Zulfikar on 27.09.2022 In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
