**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the main grievance of the petitioner was that the police was harassing her and her family members to know the whereabouts of his son-in-law.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balraj Singh, Incharge Litigation, Batala, submits that son-in-law of the petitioner was not an accused, however, brother of son-in-law, who has been arrested. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
