       On the oral request of learned senior counsel for the petitioner, he is permitted to implead Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh as partyArespondent No.3 to the petition. Let necessary correction be carried out in the memo of parties. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana in respect to the issues involved in the petition today itself.

Mr. Keshav Partap Singh, Advocate, who is appearing for Bar Council in the other matters, submits that in case the petitioner does so, the Bar Council would consider his representation and will make a serious endeavour to decide the matter today itself.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
