Application (CM-85-C-2025) was filed for disposal of the appeal in terms of compromise dated 07.01.2025. Vide order dated 10.01.2025 the parties were referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for recording of their statements qua the compromise dated 07.01.2025. As per report of the Mediator, statements of the parties have since been recorded.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that as per the terms of the compromise dated 07.01.2025, the appellants (defendant Nos.2 to 8) are to be considered as owners in possession of the suit property, which they had purchased vide sale deed Nos.63 and 64 dated 03.05.2002 and sale deed No.240 dated 10.05.2005.

In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties vide compromise deed dated 07.01.2025, which is marked as 'Ex.C-1'. The compromise (Ex.C-1) be made a part of the decreesheet. Decree-sheet be drawn up accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
